Frequently Asked Questions

We offer both private and communal cremation services. Private cremation is when your pet is cremated alone in the chamber, and their ashes are returned to you. Communal cremation is when multiple pets are cremated together, and their ashes are then respectfully scattered on our privately owned farm property in Fayette county.

We follow strict identification protocols to ensure that each pet is clearly identified throughout the cremation process, with each pet assigned a unique identification number that remains with them the entire time.

Once your pet arrives at our facility, they are handled with respect and care throughout the cremation process as we make pawprints, collect keepsakes, perform the cremation itself, and package their cremains in the urn of your choosing - before returning them to your vet clinic or notifying you that they are ready for pickup at our facility.

Depending on the package selected and any addition urn or keepsake items ordered, the typical process for cremation takes approximately 4-7 days before the pet is returned to your vet clinic or is ready for pickup at our office.

Yes, we offer a witnessing service where you can be present during the cremation process. Please let us know if you would like to arrange this.

We offer a variety of urns, keepsakes, and memorial products to honor your pet's memory. Our selection includes traditional urns, biodegradable options, and custom keepsakes.

The cost of pet cremation varies based on the type of service and the size of your pet. Please contact us for a detailed quote.

After your pet's private cremation is completed, the cremains are carefully labeled and then placed in the urn or keepsake that corresponds with the selected service package, then arrangements are made for their return to your vet clinic or pickup at our office.

In the event that your pet passes away at home, we recommend allowing yourself and other members of your household (including any other pets) a bit of time to pause and grieve the loss of your companion. Take a moment to say goodbye to your friend and allow other pets to see the body, so that they can sense their friend has passed on. Then, you can contact our office to discuss arrangements for bringing your pet to us for cremation services. We advise placing a blanket or puppy pad beneath your pet to absorb any fluids before transport to our Lexington office. In the event that it is after-hours or holiday and you require urgent assistance, we partner with The Final Ride for at-home pickup services: LINK TheFinalRide.org LINK (859) 740-0195

Cremation Services

Private Cremation is our most requested service, and the one we perform most often. Your beloved pet is cremated privately in the cremation chamber, and their cremains are returned to you in the urn you have selected along with any additional keepsakes.
